- Ensure that power cable is properly connected to the printer
- Should be firmly secure in the printer
- Ensure that power cable is properly connected to the wall outlet
- Test the printer using another wall outlet
- Check the power brick on the power cable and confirm the green light is lit
- If it isn't, check the connection of the two cables
- If the cable is loosely connected or wiggles, the cable will need replaced - contact techsupport@daymarksafety.com
