• Ensure that power cable is properly connected to the printer
    • Should be firmly secure in the printer


  • Ensure that power cable is properly connected to the wall outlet


  • Test the printer using another wall outlet


  • Check the power brick on the power cable and confirm the green light is lit
    • If it isn't, check the connection of the two cables
    • If the cable is loosely connected or wiggles, the cable will need replaced - contact techsupport@daymarksafety.com
