• Click the Sync icon in the top right selection bar.


  • Log out of MenuPilot and log back in


  • Confirm the items are on the Cloud Portal
    • If you are a store, check with the corporate office


  • Perform a Clear Last Sync Date

In MenuPilot Settings:


Click the Clear Last Sync icon (circle with the X), then click OK in the popup.

    

Resync from that same screen (two arrows spinning in a circle), then click OK in the popup.


Back on your main menu of MenuPilot, click Sync there

  • Confirm Data is available
