• Ensure that the Bluetooth connection is properly set up in the tablet settings. Select printer to Pair, if needed.

    • If already PAIRED, follow these steps:

      • Turn printer OFF
      • In the Tablet Bluetooth Settings, UNPAIR printer
      • Turn Bluetooth OFF – wait 10 seconds
      • Turn printer ON
      • In the Tablet Bluetooth Settings, turn Bluetooth back on (wait 5 seconds for the printer to appear)
      • RE-PAIR printer using the last four digits of the Name of the Printer - Matt85-xxxx (or the last four digits of the serial number)


  • Ensure that the printer is selected on the item print screen
    • Go into the Menu Pilot Settings (top left three lines will open the drop down list)


  • Click on Print System Configuration
  • Select Printer to Connect
