MenuPilot Bug Fixes

MenuPilot iOS App Layout Settings. The keyboard automatically opens when you click Layout Settings. You can scroll the layouts but cannot choose them because there is no way to remove the keyboard. This has now been fixed and resolved.

MenuPilot shifted off top of screen. Multiple locations have reported the bottom 1/5th of the screen is black, and it shifts the entire app upward.  This makes the top of the app screen inaccessible. This has now been fixed and resolved.
