This MenuCommand release brings enhancements to username and password requirements to improve account security. If your current username/email does not meet guidelines, you will not be able to long and must update it to log in.

| Username/Email Requirements. When adding a new user or managing an existing user, the username/email field performs validation against a set of allowable characters. Email must contain only uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numeric digits (0-9), and these special characters _! - . > Existing customers with usernames/emails that do not meet the new requirements will need their username/email updated in order to login. | |
| Password Requirements. When adding a new user or managing an existing user, the password field now performs validation against a set of character requirements. Passwords must be 8-50 characters long and must include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lowercase letter (a-z), one numeric digit (0-9), and one special character ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) ~ ? If the current password does not meet the new password requirements, it will still work as it did before. If that password needs to be reset or if a new user is created, it will need to follow the new password requirements. | |
