This release is focused on delivering an architectural upgrade that will optimize our application performance and uptime. Along with this major architectural upgrade, there are a number of improvements and fixes coming with this release, including task bucket search, reporting defaults, YouTube video handling, and time zone configuration.


New Features and EnhancementsVideo Tutorial
Sequence Task Bucket Search. A user can now search for tasks within a Sequence Task Bucket to quickly find specific tasks without scrolling

User Profile Design. The design for the User Profile dropdown on the right-hand side has been updated to include role details (Admin, Corporate, Franchise, Store) and server location. The left-hand side section for user details has been removed.

Corrective Action Fields. The Message field is now a required field when setting up a Corrective Action.

Food Checks Report Default. The Food Checks report now default to display the last 3 days of data so that the user can quickly review the most recent Food Checks without manually setting filters every time.

YouTube URLs. The YouTube URL handling functionality within the application has been updated to ensure all supported URL formats, including shortened YouTube URLs (ex: ' youtu.be ') are processed correctly inside the WebView and will load within MenuChex. 

Time Zone Configuration. This release improves time-based consistency across MenuChex by ensuring all time displays align with each store's configured time zone managed at the corporate level.
App Automatic Refresh. This update improves the frequency of refresh within MenuChex. Now app will automatically refresh when opened or from sleep mode.
